awww, breny.... you just broke my heart. I wish I was there with you. Nobody wants that for their baby. We wouldn't be good mommies if that weren't true. You just hang in there and be with her and we'll be here for you. Group hug every1!!!! :ghug:

breny, if it has been three hours of pushing you need to get her to the veet. I remember well, my experience with Silk. The puppy that was born dead had a good strong heartbeat right up until it died when her labor stopped. (He was also deformed, but his heart was strong till the end. Do not wait eight or nine hours. Go now!!!!!!!!

Called vet again....he said give her until 4:30 and if still nothing...call.

I deffinatley don't want something bad to happen that is for sure!!!! So she has an hour and if nothing, I have to call him. She's sleeping now. I don't feel she's in distress at all. She got mad over the nutidrops though.

Mabey she isn't in the hard labor stage yet? I have no clue i'm not a breeder but she doesn't seem to be laboring a lot?

Nobody wants a C-section, but nobody wants a dead pup. Several things could be happening, she doesn't have enough ump to push. Pup is going up the birth canal to the other horn and stuck, cord wrapped around puppy. I think I'd go now.......3 hours and nothing.

Isn't it possible for some bitches to never go into hard labor? If that is the case, I would go!

I am worried also, I've been watching all morning. It just doesn't sound like she's progressing. I know you are scared of C section but you might lose that pup and she'll still need a c section to get it out. If it's too big she may never go into hard labor...I only know this by one experience my cousin had. It was a one pup, she lost the baby...they waited too long...I of course am not experienced at all, I'm just concerned...

I've been keeping up wioth this, just want to wish you luck, I hope all goes well if they do a C section, at this point it seems most likely. Don't make her suffer and risk losing her.

this is hard to read. i never had to go thru this. muffie just plopped them out. i hope everything is going well. good luck mommie.....we want to see that beautiful baby soon.

I know nothing about the whole birthing thing but i wish you luck as i've been following this all morning and I have to agree with JeanieK on this post.

you do know that once this puppy gets here and someone shows an interest in her, we will ALL need to interview the perspective new owner!!! (If you are planning on selling it.) Because this baby has got a LOT of mommies!!!! And we're going to want this baby to go to only the best of homes! But after all you've been through, I wouldn't be surprised if you keep this little one....

Haha you are so right..lol..We're all praying for a safe delivery. Breny maybe you should give someone your number so they can post and update incase you can't.
