| if you or the new owners have niot sent the puppy registration in yet, do it online. As you said, this will eliminate the paper and if doesn't matter what you marked as long as it hasn't been sent in. We register our Beagles and puppies online all the time. In fact, i just transferred ownership of one yesterday. |
