| An xray wasn't done. The vet. said he didn't see a need to waste my money. I have never heard of false pregnancys so I am still in total shock. He could even squeeze milk out of her. I'm anxious to talk to others that may have experienced this as well. |

| Two different Dr.'s checked her out this morning. Neither one could feel any heartbeats or palpitations. I just want to cry. She looks pregnant. |

| Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | My cocker had a false pregnancy - it's really not uncommon in a female dog...it IS strange that she got swollen and all but I know it can happen. So sorry about no puppies ....I think many breeders do get xrays and IF I were a breeder I would that myself....it's worth spending the money on them to get an idea of how many and size....but you did trust your vet and I can understand that too....what a shame.....I know you were excited |

| Donating YT 14K Club Member | Fals pregnancies are more common in yorkies than people think. They'll gain weight, have milk, the whole works. It's very strange and hard to comprehend why they would have these.
