You know this poster vadzilla, oh my, does remind me of Godzilla, the funny larger than life gorilla that finally got killed in the movies.

You should know that at least two of the breeders on here, that in-advertently or should I say got hi-jacked for a listing on your site, were actually not aware of same.

They will tell at least six others, which makes 2x6=12 that 12 will tell 6 others of breeders who they know do not want to be associated with a puppymill site, oh oops did I say puppymill site, what I meant was because you accept any Tom/Dick or Harry that lists on your site, you have already got puppymillers on it. Of course as a scientist you can progress that simple equation. Not to mention many here are on facebook/twitter et al.

And because some-one has a website on the internet, does not give you carte blanche to hi jack their information and post it on your website.

Most of us have spam filters, and your oh so convenient email, probably got sent to spam.

You know if you actually came on here to ask for help, to submit a business case to this board who you know very little of, you might have gotten much more help and support. Not to mention you should have done your research first, as a scientist of course you are familiar with researching first.

In case you have forgotten this is a board primarily developed in the interests of the Yorkshire Terrier Breed. We comprise a huge group of passionate folks who advocate for the health and well-being of the dog, to help new owners, to support each other through the varying health problems of Yorkies, and we as a group want to support only very reputable breeders that do right by this breed and their future puppy owners.

We don't force breeders to have a listing or web page at Vadzilla.com; However, majority of them look at it as an additional exposure for their business. Yes, we are still developing and refining our features, with hopes to address many of the concerns that are raised here. It will take time.

We will continue our campaign with new announcements and promotions soon. Obviously, they will be directed at breeders with open mind and positive attitude. Nevertheless, we will gladly keep track of breeder reviews and reports from anyone. You are welcome to specifically point out puppy mills on this list, or leave a review, if you had a first-hand experience with them:

Apart from breeder reviews at Vadzilla.com, we do not require help at this time. Our goal is to provide people looking for breeders in their area with an unbiased source of information. Nothing more.

I sincerely think anyone looking for a reputable breeder would go to their YTCA or be referred by someone to them. You may get the unsuspecting person looking at your website but therein lies the problem. They usually don't know about puppy mills and byb's. So therefore that is exactly where you are steering them and why you get such disagreement with your website here.

I can't stress enough how important the phrase "buy your breeder first" really is. There's a lot of information here on YT that will certainly help you find that breeder that's perfect for you.

Also, I’d like to mention if you use YorkieTalk’s Search function, (use the Advanced Search to see all of the search options) there’s a Tag box where you can put in a Breeder’s name to search YT for threads related to a chosen breeder. You'll find all kinds of discussions; some good, some bad so that's why researching the breeder first is so very important!

If anyone reading this needs help researching a breeder I'd be glad to help as would several other long time users of YorkieTalk.
