| Is something going on??? I just took my Peyton outside, and when we came back in I wanted to see the puppies move in her belly and felt something wet on her leg, I rolled her over and seen this clear discharge on her bottom. She is not due to have the puppies tell friday or saturday of next week. Can someone tell me what this is about?? Thanks,

| discharge usually begins a few days before the actual whelp date..on her 59th day start taking her temp and record it every morning and night once you get a temp of 99 or below you should whelp within hours.

| Mitszey, I second those advices....you need to know for sure so you can start planning and maybe saving. I don't know your financial situation but my grandkids in college don't have extra money. She needs to be vetted ASAP and then X-rayed and hope against hope that she does not have to have a c-section. Is anyone home with her to keep an eye on her? I trust that you are having her spayes at the earliest date the vet will do it. Good article in current Dog Fancy Feb 2006 issue, that talks aboout spaying... |
