You need to take her to a vet so you can find out if she is pregnant and so she can get any medical attention she may need. You called your male dog a stud so I'm thinking you are wanting to breed them. Try to find yourself a mentor (perhaps her breeder) to help you along. Try to research all you can about pregnancies, welping, puppy/mom aftercare....
