| Ebay is a good site to get them I saw 12 for $10 I think. Great deal. I think the floss is a bad idea. What if they or mom some how get it off and swallow it... that's just me being a over worried nurse and all LOL  |

| I too have only used clamps (hemostats), 2 pair, I place them an inch apart, cut between the two, wait about 1 minute and then unclamp from the pups side and wait until the placenta was delivered and then unclamped from the "mom side"...Good luck to you and whelping.
