| I thought you all might like to know that today, Aug. 20th is the day that Buster loses his hairy little jelly beans!! Throw some positive thoughts our way, I always worry when these little guys are put under, he is only 3.5 lbs. Two of my close friends lost their pups to anesthesia and so I worry alot. My vet has a totally open door policy, so I will be there with him when they put him under, during surgery and for his recovery. It makes him feel better and me feel better knowing I am near him. I will let you know when they take his precious jewels!! Maybe I will ask to keep them since he is having some baby teeth removed too and I save those for the baby book!!

| So Buster got through the surgery really well. He is a little swollen and red but that is to be expected. But at 1 year old, he had to have a full dental done because his tartar was so bad already and had to have some baby and some adult teeth pulled. I'm going to have to get him used to daily teeth brushings and the other little ones I have too, because even though I feed them raw, give them bones to chew on, put gels on their teeth and add stuff to their water the dentist said it is all for nothing if I don't brush everyday!! Well that certainly adds more time to my schedule when I have to brush 8 dogs teeth everyday!!
