| It's sounds like you're describing carrier, not parti pups. That could occur if only one parent was a carrier. There have been several parti litters born to members here recently. You could go to the Nursery forum here and see pictures. Do you have pics of your pups that you could post?

| If your dogs are standard color yorkies and registered as such, then you have carriers or Parti Yorkshire Terriers NOT Biewer. You can learn more about the Parti colored dog here. PARTI YORKSHIRE TERRIER CLUB - Home You can also read about one woman journey of becoming the first person to get the Parti's registered through CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) in Canada. | Donating YT 10K Club Member | Can you post pics? What you described is pretty typical in a standard yorkie litter and isn't necessarily an indication that they will be parti colored. The white changes over to gold.

| Biewers can only come from, biewers since they were established as a separate breed. Although they had the same beginnings as the parti colored yorkies, they took different routes. Parti coloreds are not considered parti colored by the AKC unless they are at least 1/3 white. It sounds like what you have is a traditional colored yhorkie with white on it's chest and feet. This usually goes away or fbecmes much smaller. Here is a picture of a parti colored puppy. Danni's and puppies 025 (972 x 648).jpg |
