Shame on all of you for getting sucked up and participating in these lies! What is going on??? This is rediculous! Talk about ethical. I'm not a puppy mill! Why would you say that? Because I like all breeds not just Yorkies? Many of my friends breed French Bull Dogs, Mastiffs, Shorkies, Yorkiepoos, Yorkies, what does that matter? Because I do a noble thing by placing my friends puppies for adoption on my site suddenly I'm a puppy Mill? My dogs aren't stuffed in cages, they don't breed more than 3 times in a life time, they are happy, healthy, neat and clean at all times and are genetically health guaranteed. I don't have the slightest idea why any of you would think differently! Have you been to my home to see personal pets? If you have then you know me very well and know for a fact my canine companions are raised like my children. They are spoiled rotten and you know what that means, that I spend thousands of dollars to make sure they are in the best of care so of course breeding them is a hobby. I get a finders fee for placing my friends puppies, and me and my partners help eachother out on a regular basis thats the american way. I have absolutely nothing to hide. I have high standards for my dogs confirmation and take pride in what they reproduce. I do NOT "buy dogs from Mexico" I do NOT "c-sections from home" what the heck??? Where are you guys getting this? yeah I have a lot of christian friends who are mexican and /or latino decent but that doesn't mean they are raising parvo dogs in mexico, thy llive here and they bought the dogs form me so I am helping them sell my own puppies! Get your facts straight before you trash talk people. I have only handful of gorgeous Yorkies and a couple precious Biewer Yorkies who mean the world to me and in no way am I a puppy mill or doing anything else illegal. As far as asking that breeder if she would consider trading one of my traditional AKC females for one of hers as long as her puppy was of equal show quality as mine? Yes! I made her that generous offer any of you should be so lucky. I have no idea why anyone would ever have ill feelings about me. This is horrific slander and definately my lawyer was notified as of last night. The lies and false accusations have spun out of control at the expense of my reputaion and possibly causing me to lose some of my new accquaintences. I just got off the phone with the husband of the breeder throwing out these lies about me and he assured me that she was crying all morning and felt sorry for what she had said and that she didn't mean directly towards me....come on, I finally figured out how to view this site thanks to a friend of mine and the false accuasations were directly for me. I am very dissapointed in the human race at this point showing no respect for me, my business, my future? I do not need nor do I want any problems. Everyone has enough trials we go through daily we do not need to be lying about the competition to move ahead. I encourage you come to my home where you will fall in love with my family and my furbabies. Please do not hesitate to refer your customers to my site who call you for a Yorkie hybrid. Their are a lot of people believe it or not who are allergic to a purebred Yorkie. I have had to trade a customers Yorkie for a Yorkiepoo on more than one occassion so do me a favor and think before you speak. I have never slandered another persons business, I won't ever do it in the future. My parents brought me up better than that and I raised my 7 children the same. Treat people the way you want to be treated. As the Bible tells us, "God turns all evil for good for those who love him according to his purpose". There is no reason for me to have to defend myself. I am a very hardworking person, I love what I do, many of you have learned a lot from my free advice. I haven't done anything to any of you including the person who started it. I am an honest genuine person. All of you are welcome to call me and get references from past customers who have Yorkies as old as 7 yrs of age. I haven't had any complaints. You won't find negative things about me anywhere before today. Please leave me alone, you all are way off track and out of line

Hi, i have bred hybrids for going on 7 years now. I have never been bashed or judged to the best of my knowledge. I do not produce a huge amount of puppies. I mostly breed purebreds. I get as many calls for mixes. Breeders who only breed purebreds do not relaize the demand. I origianlly only bred Toy Poodles and Shelties. I waas raised in a show home. My mom had 3 Shelties and had an awesome grand champion where the world of SHeltie breeders were so jealous and she didn't even breed! She only stud service. Anyway, I always wanted a Biewer Yorkie since December 1999 and couldn't afford one so I got a traditional Yorkie finally in 2001. People kept asking for Yorkiepoos not Yorkies and thats how it all went. As far as the Shorkies, they are amazing! I cam across a site years ago and fell in love so I purchased a champion sired AKC Shih tzu. I bred her to my 2 lb babydoll Yorkie stud and she had 8 gorgeous tinies who were all reserved by the age of 5 weeks. Those customers are coming back for a second one now. anyway, thanks for your time, I have ben crying all day and I just do not want to deal with this anymore for now. Thanks for your understanding. I am only basing my belief from YOUR website! Website contains mixed breeds, thus, how can you breed for the betterment of the breed?

Oh yes, I do realize the demand for mixed breeds, however if your weren't breeding them, people would not buy them! As a breeder, it is your responsibility to uphold the standard of each breed, thus not breeding one breed to another! As I stated before, I am not basing my thoughts on lies, my information is from your website!

I'm curious as to what situation would justify charging $2000.00 for a rescue/rehomed dog? I can't imagine any! :rolleyes:

On your website you mention "show quality" several times. Could you please explain what you mean by this?

Do you show your dogs at AKC Shows?

Have you Championed them?

Are these the ones that you have bred? :confused:

And while I am a God fearing woman, I do NOT appreciate people coming on here using His name as though they couldn't possibly do any wrong because they know a few quotes. Please refrain from using Him to defuse this situation.

I am so happy that you came on here and told your side, but I do believe that if you wanted to take the time to come on here and defend yourself, you could have done it with a little more class. The way you came on here ranting and raving only makes the situation worse, and although I had really no opinion before, I can't help but to have one now. And I think it would be great if you answered Jackson25's question about your statement that you are breeding to improve the breed, but breeding mixed breeds. It is just a little confusing to some of us I think. :confused:

No one can breed for the "betterment" of the breed when they are cross breeding. Which breed are they bettering?

Yes, her website speaks volumes of what this person stands for.

So, sad when one doesn't realize that we are stewards of these little creatures and uses them for financial gain. Very evident she mixes breeds because that's what the market askes her to do.

From her posts she mentions a Grand Champion Sheltie. While this person may have an idea of showing, it's not AKC. I think this person uses showing and Champions as an advertising ploy to pull in the unsuspecting public.

I really abhor people that in an effort to make themselves acceptable have scripture written all over their websites and attempt to tell everyone what a great Christen they are. Actions speak volumes.

I totally agree with you Mary. Like I used to tell my kids "when you're tough - you know it - you don't have to tell anyone that you are". It's a quiet confidence. Same goes for being Christian. If you are - you live it - you don't have to quote it - people will feel it.

What I personally read in Romans posts sounded like lies & threats. I'm not hesitating (per your post) on "checking" your place out.

Personally, if I were looking for a puppy I would not consider this breeder for the following reasons:

-advertises as teacups, micro mini, etc.. :thumbdown:thumbdown

- breeds mixes in addition to Yorkies & Biewers (shorkies, chorkies, Morkies, shiihpoo, yorkiepoos, porkies) :eek:
Where are the pics of the parents, how many are there???

- mentions that puppies can leave at 8 weeks! :thumbdown

"We consistantly try to improve the standard of the already wonderful breed the Yorkshire Terrier." This is a quote on the website of this breeder. I guess I have a different idea of what I would consider improving the standard of the breed!

Agreed. I find it rather perplexing when a new person comes on with one post defending someone with questionable breeding practices.

Oh, but wait, they can't do that because "Some Breeders" will go to the rescues and get the little ones, that good honest private home adoptions could be done on, and they will sell them for a profit. $100-$2000

They do do that, then turn around and sell them for a profit!

While a small percentage of posters on this thread is comprised of breeders, the majority of posters are pet people. However, all have couple of very strong things in common, stamping out bad breeders and a great love for the canine. It has nothing to do with elitist as you refer to "Exhibitor/Breeders", which I find strange as Melissa stated that her mother showed dogs.
