| My girl is due the 18th. She is now uncomfortable and not too happy with the pups moving around. We could feel them good last night. Mom is eating and has a tail wag when I talk to her. So just waiting now. I did take her to the vets this past week - 7th (Wed.) but he would not take an x-ray yet (only day 52) and he did not mention sonagram, so we will take her in again this next week. I am just nervous to make sure they will be available for emergencies. Most of our vets around her now send everyone to the emergency vet clinics and I had a bad experience last time - could have lost both pups and mom. We did loose one girl. My regular vet now only works part time, so we talked to the other vet in his office and he knows us and that we have been going there for a long time. He did not say, when we asked, that he would not be available. He said to call when her milk comes in to check in. So hopefully we are okay. |
