| ![]() Thanks for your reply. So sorry to her about your father. We feed Jiffy" Solid Gold" brand dog food, I've been told it's a very high quality food. We're taking her into the vet every 3 months to have her blood checked and make sure we have the proper level of Phenobarbital. I'm hoping she settles down. Thanks again! |

| ![]() I feel bad for the OP. But here's what I don't understand?? Why buy from an online breeder?? Maybe not all but most are puppy mills. In the short time I've been researching dogs. Reputable breeders don't advertise much..if any. Maybe on the Akc breeder site. Which Akc post. Usually have a waiting list before the Bitch is in heat or puppies are born. Should be able to track at least 5 generations and research those dogs. Go into the house and see living conditions. IMO I need to know where my $$ goes. I research before I buy a car,tv ect...A Dog is a bigger commitment imo. If ppl researched there purchases better the pupply mill may disappear because nobody would buy from them JMO Last edited by ironmike86; 07-30-2012 at 04:59 AM. |

My furkids Donating Member | ![]() WOW! Sorry to the OP for all that is happening to you....First red flag (for me) would have been that she bred 3 different breeds. Yup! would have made my decision! Sounds puppymill-ish to me. And her not letting you see her home?! another red flag. Having to pick them up at an empty building?!...ANY GOOD breeder will NOT allow their pups to leave their moms before 12 weeks old...Obviously she knows she is wrong or she wouldn't have jumped on here (and have her posse jump on too) to defend herself. It's THESE type of breeders(term used loosely) that need to be stopped...I'm sorry that your little one is having seizures. I hope your vet can treat her and she can live a long healthy life.
