Thanks for the better pictures. This looks like a little discharge, as well as a little skin color change. Hormones can do that in humans, so I wouldn't be surprised to see it in dogs too.

If I feel my mom is a little too sticky or dirty in the bottom, I just stand her in my laundry room sink and very gently rinse her with warm water and a tiny bit of shampoo. Just to clean it up a little and make the mom more comfortable. That skin can get a little chapped and dry from the leaking and her licking if she can still reach it.

The puppies still look high to me from the pictures, although she is starting to get the "funnel" look. With only 2 puppies, they are either still high or large.
Again, this is just my impression looking at the pictures. Your hands-on is a much better test.

yea there's 2 maybe3....ugh im just tired andworried about her. nd wondering how much longer we haveto wait. all i know is my husband comes home from his tour next week nd im prayn she doesnt deliver while im gone to pick him up.my friend says she thinks her male got to her around the23rd of sept.which would make her due yesterday???

I am in the same boat. I have NO CLUE when my Yorkie got together with the dad. I did not write it down as the lady said that my Yorkie just hid under the bed. She is a little whinny and looking around the house for different places to sleep...... When your Yorkie has her puppies let me know the signs, so I will have some clue.

Waiting is always the hard part. Remember that the sperm can swim around for at least a day or two, so could be a little later. I had one litter go 68 days. Sometimes I take my mom out for a little walk to get her muscles loosened up and help move the puppies. I mean just a walk on the sidewalk right in front of our house -- not around the block or anything. And go at her pace. If she is unwilling don't force her.

If you are new at breeding and whelping, I strongly suggest you look around this site and on the web for articles on the stages of labor, and keep your vet advised as to her activities so they can be prepared if you need them. You won't know if there is a problem unless you understand the stages of labor first. Look in the Breeder section here. There are even some videos out there that will show you how to deliver puppies.

I noticed with mine that her tummy gets really hot for a day or two and then will be really cold 24 hours before delivery. Her Temp when it was hot was 100.3 and then dropped to 97.6. She hates to have her temp taken so I stopped and can normally tell when she is within 2 days just by feeling her tummy

I am having a hard time getting around this site. Live chats and that. I can feel lots of movement in her belly. Her boobs are feeling a little hotter today then yesterday.

i wanted some turkey day babies too. ;)
i even tried offering her some yummy ham and she refused...so again, the appetite isn't there but oh well. gona go take her temp in a minute, it was 100.3 this morning and 100.4 and 99.5 this afternoon

ok, just got on, that is a low temp, she should be having those babies any minute, come on girl, today still a good night to have those pups..

i don't think it's low enough. i always hear people saying its should be lower than 98....and hers keeps going up and down. ps look at the pics i posted a little bit ago of her female parts...what do u think(besides being dirty)

Chanel's lowest temp on sunday was 98.3 , and she had the babies, and usually spikes up before it goes down, at least my girls do.
yes I saw her parts and I would think that she will go any minute..

nothing yet...but i took her out for some air and all she did was eat grass.lol
her temp this morning was 99.2
