| None of mine were bought with a spay/neuter contract but that is only because I bought them for breeding otherwise they would have been on a spay/neuter contract. So I guess you could say yes they were all bought on a spay/neuter contract, it just didn't apply to me. My pups are all sold on spay/neuter contracts unless arrangements are made otherwise.

| My Little Tuffy When I got Tuffy years ago, she came from a women who Showed Yorkies. I had met her through a friend of mine and she introduced her to me. I had just lost my sister and was very sad and just couldn't come out of her loss. Diane called and told me Mary wanted to visit and if it would be OK. She showed up a few hours later with a little yorkie and thought she brought her to cheer me up. Little did I know, this was a gift from her because of my sister. Mary said, I know this won't replace your loss but she will help you get through it. Mine you, she had a Grand Champion, female and her daughter had the male that was also a Grand Champion. This was the first time they ever breed them and the only time they would. She ended up having 5 puppies and all of them except one didn't have all the points necessary to show. They were keeping these puppies for themselves but wanted me to have this one. All she ask was for me not to breed or show her. I respected her wishes and never broke my promise. What's really funny, Tuffy and I would travel back to Michigan to visit my son, and one day at the airport a women started asking questions. She was a show judge and wondered if I ever show her. I explain the situation about her history. She told me, she had never seen such a perfect looking Yorkie. You would have thought she was being showed by the way this woman check her out. I walked away... so proud of my lil ol Tuffy... She would prance like you would believe. I have a picture of her over my computer that an artist drew. She's always with now even though she passed away 4 1/2 years ago. Her little ashes and all her pedigree are right under her picture. Mine you, this woman gave me all her papers, even the Grand Champions. I see her ever once in awhile and she's still showing her babies. They are beautiful but she won't sell any puppies. She gave me a blessing when I needed it the most and I'll never forget her. Mary is an angel sent to me by God. Kathleen.. Mom To My Little Girls: Punken Pie.. Breese Be Be... I did not get mine on a s/n agreement, but I bought them as breeding stock after developing good relationships with the breeders. However, they do normally place thier pups with limited registration with s/n agreements if the dogs are not altered before leaving. | |

This line still isn't mine, I haven't got that far into the generation. It still belongs to Lorraine Hayes/Pastoral; Lee Grunewald/This Time; Sharon MacCadams/Firacres and Jenney Ashe/Jens' and will treasure their lines forever.

| My last two I bought on a spay contract, Rocky's actual contract was very to the point. It made me really respect his breeder, he was pointed with his Majors and I wasn't even allowed to see his pedigree till her was altered Maddie was on a spay contract too. Copper on the other hand was sold with full reg. there was a breeder that wanted him if I didn't, she came to look at him after I put my deposit... I am so glad that I got him, he has MVD and shouldn't be bred.
