None of mine were bought with a spay/neuter contract but that is only because I bought them for breeding otherwise they would have been on a spay/neuter contract. So I guess you could say yes they were all bought on a spay/neuter contract, it just didn't apply to me.
My pups are all sold on spay/neuter contracts unless arrangements are made otherwise. |
