evaporated Milk has "lactose" and puppies are lactose intolerant.
Sorry , but why you ask?
You can get formula from your vets office if you have no pet store around you that will sell it, worse case scenario you can order online: Revival, Entirelly Pets, 1-800- petmeds ... just to name a few.
There is a lot of people here who recommend "goat's milk" and they think it is better than anything else. I NEVER used it so i am useless for advice on that one.

Just Born causes premature cataracs, although it provides colostrum.
But, if pups have had a chance to nurse on mother for a couple of days they should have obtained the colostrum. But, then you can purchase colostrum through revivalanimal.com
