evaporated Milk has "lactose" and puppies are lactose intolerant.
Sorry , but why you ask?
You can get formula from your vets office if you have no pet store around you that will sell it, worse case scenario you can order online: Revival, Entirelly Pets, 1-800- petmeds ... just to name a few.
There is a lot of people here who recommend "goat's milk" and they think it is better than anything else. I NEVER used it so i am useless for advice on that one.
