Man, sorry to be getting upset with all these silly questions from people that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING regarding this Seller. It can be irritating though and I do realize too that all these threads and all that CAN make it difficult to follow.

Hope that's clairified things for you. Again, sorry about letting this get under my skin. I'm really WAY to old for all this childish stuff. LOL Peggy

If you did not want comments from caring and concerned yorkie breeders then you should not have posted on a public board. We don't take everything we read on here as gospel. We ask questions and try to get to the truth, no matter how much we might like or dislike someone, we just want people to be honest. It appears to me that you are just mad because of the picture issue and the fact that you have been called out about it. If you are unhappy with the female you got that was not champion sired then why did you not send her back or ask for a replacement as soon as you received her? Javier's main complaint that started all this was the fact that you are using pictures of someone else's dogs.

I'll defend Javier whatever it takes, and apologize to Toni Ledbetter. Javier's dogs came to me via Toni, the original US owner/inporter, and there was a lot of frustration in the exchange of paperwork. It did eventually straighten out, but for a time I was holding the bag for a lot of money having been sent off to a stranger in Arkansas. Toni, as it turns out, is quite well known and respectable, but that was hard for me to verify all the way in Massachusetts. It never had anything to do with Javier and it's disgusting it's being dredged up now. I was very disappointed when I saw Lion's picture being used to promote what appears to be BYB, cheapens the whole line. This is the last comment I'll make on the subject.

Am I the only one here that is concerned about this little puppy's future with an owner that has made it clear that she didn't purchase this particular pup? I wonder if she even wants her.
