Thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!! Like you, I don't know either person but I hate to see a breeder get done this way. As far as I can see his only wrong was in believing everything she said. This proves that peggy is not truthful and he is telling the truth. |
Does the English term "Slander" ring any bells to you? Quote:

Hum....bet your forgot you said this to me about Javier then??? Quote:
From: Cloverhillpups To: PeggyNitro Sent: 4/24/2008 9:06:57 A.M. Central Daylight Time Subj: Re: Javier Coronel..... Hello Peggy, I'd love to go away on a little vacation but also am very tied down with my Yorkies. It's very hard to leave them in the care of someone else. Onix isn't quite 4 years old yet. Unfortunately we have decided to return him to the woman who sold him to us because there is something strange going on with his AKC registration paperwork and we don't want to be involved in anything fraudulent. He's been here two weeks and I keep getting stories and excuses about how his papers have to come from somewhere else and yesterday she said he's not registered to her and she's waiting for the other party to send her the papers. Something not right with this and I'm not the type to fool around. I will fly to Arkansas, file the police report, and have her arrested for fraud if she doesn't return my money right now, today. Terrible way to do business. Good luck with your boy! Best, Susan Hi Peggy, First, about Tiziano's knees--puppy knees loosen and tighten as they grow, so it could be next month he'll be fine. It's hard to tell---lots of toy dogs have grade 1, it's common. I don't know yet if Onix has knee issues as he hasn't been to my vet yet. That woman who sold him to me said everything is dandy with him, but she is turning out to be such a con artist. He certainly doesn't look like he has knee problems, but I'm no expert. I will tell you somebody did some lousy work dying his coat--tons of damage there. Retained puppy teeth also very common, especially the long "canine" teeth and it's good you had them removed. Onix was brought to the US about one year ago by a woman from Arkansas, and it wasn't until I already had him that I found out she almost immediately transferred him to another breeder in Georgia. It was supposed to be an exchange for some puppies but she never received her puppies and Onix was returned to her three weeks ago, same time I was negotiating to buy him from her. Two weeks ago he was flown to me, in Boston. Yesterday when I phoned to ask where my papers are she said they are still with the woman in Georgia who still has Onix in her name!!! Not fair they dragged me into this mess for $6500 for Onix and another younger girl from California Wild. That on top of several smaller lies she told along the way--- Onix 5 lbs turns out to be 6.5, and Lillian's 5.5 turns out to be 4 lbs. Who breeds 4 lb females anyway? She also told me Onix is a good aggressive breeder who throws small puppies. Now she says he has never sired a litter in the US--So, how does she know he's a good breeder who throws small? Has the world always been this slimy? Scary people. Best, Susan Peggy, I just remembered something Toni Ledbetter (TJ's Yorkies) told me when I was talking with her about buying Onix. I was interested in Lion at the time and she told me Lion was sold to a woman here, in US, but returned to Javier because she was unhappy with his coat color. There must be a lot more to it than that. If your vet has told you that you shouldn't breed Tiziano you have a good case to return him. I think Javier is trying to make a name for himself here and he might be willing to take him back rather than have an unhappy breeder reporting him all over the internet. Do you ever go on Yorkietalk.com? There's lots of breeder information there and it's a great place to report complaints. Believe me, there are a few names that are going to be reported there if I don't get my situation straightened out soon!!! Best, Susan :confused:Big CALIFORNIA WILD/Javier Fan huh? Sorry ahead of time Susan but maybe you shouldn't stick your neck out next time. Just my opinion is all. I didn't want to do it but I'd like to wish you and anyone else the best with any future endeavors with buying abroad. Sometimes it works out okay but other times it don't. For me it didn't. Like I wrote on Javier's PuppyFind Review, Bad Luck??? |

I think this whole issue is mainly about the pictures she is using on her puppyfind ads. I find it very disturbing that she won't remove the pictures after she has been asked to. |

This dog he did send, (I'm repeating this for you this one last time)......she WAS NOT the dog I bought from Javier PERIOD! End of story. Q: Would you not be upset if you bought a dog, get it home and out of the cage........and it's NOT the dog you paid for? Hum, naw.....you wouldn't would you?? Man, sorry to be getting upset with all these silly questions from people that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING regarding this Seller. It can be irritating though and I do realize too that all these threads and all that CAN make it difficult to follow. Hope that's clairified things for you. Again, sorry about letting this get under my skin. I'm really WAY to old for all this childish stuff. LOL Peggy |
I based my statement on this email and statement. I still dont see how any of this gives you the right to steal and use his pictures to sell your mixed breed dogs 3/20 Peggy says: I am still thinking that I like the small puppy (female) better .... (Then she goes on to discuss some carriers, the puppy purses and another one: "This is "brand new" stuff for here in the USA and very popular. I don't know if I like this yet or not and this is not what I was thinking when I told you that I want a small dog to take everyplace with me. BUT what a way to bring attention to your dogs so people will ask questions and maybe want a business card to contact me to buy a dog later on! Look as this....... Puppy Purses My idea for a small Yorkie( to take with me everyplace) was something for my purse and for the dog to be hidden yet comfortable. Glam Line! Collection This is what I have in mind. " Looks like Javier has told us the truth on several counts. He did tell her the female was too small to breed and show and he recommended another one. She said she still wanted the small one. When he had to substitute, he was still going on the premise that she wanted a small one, to carry around with her to capture attention, and not to breed. |

I kept an open mind, read what each had written and then looked at the proof. There is no doubt in my mind who is telling the truth here. BTW -- the little girl in question.....her pictures are adorable! I can imagine she will become a beautiful adult Yorkie if given the proper care. I have attached pictures. The smaller puppy pics are from Javier and the one in the wire cage is one Peggy sent to him after she received her. |
it's not slander dear when there is all kinds of documentation to back up a person's claim. |

As I understand it, you NEVER sent the money for TWO yorkies. In fact, you were apologizing for the delay in sending an $800 payment on the first one! You cannot twist this story to fit every one of your fits. Mad because the one puppy is small, mad that he did not send such a small one on the plane, mad that he did not send two even though one died! Your complaints just do not make sense. |
