Woogie Man who is the one that believe that this should be called a breeding registration bill not a puppy mill bill.

Yes, that's what I referred to it as. I also posted a link for the AKC where they describe it as a breeder restriction bill. This has been a long thread....maybe we're all getting a little tired. I think we're all on the same side of the larger issue but debating details can get confusing. Beer break, anyone??

Lol, that sounds good. I think you may be right, I've always hated rumors, it's my pet peeve. People misunderstanding something and passing it off as fact, and rumors can fly so much faster than the truth, because they often have a sense of urgency about them.

Just wanted to add that anybody can write a paper for the AKC and have it it their "news" section.
