~I really don't know why your breeder said to wait until all shots were given. I sponge bathe mine - as needed - and when they are about 8 weeks old will get a partial bath, but not the head - as they can get chilled very easy. I wrap them in a warm towel straight from they dryer and than I use a blow dryer on low setting at the same time I'm rubbing with a 2nd warm towel. Just make sure he is completely dry. Good luck

I can't see the harm in bathing the pup with a mild shampoo (someone suggestd diluted baby shampoo). Just keep him warm afterwards. If he's got really dirty coat/feet he'll get sick from that too! Think of all the bacteria that thrive in filth..
