Day 55 for Princess! Puppies are moving like crazy. My boss is very reluctant to give me time off as we are in a busy time of year, but thank goodness my fiance is at home right now. Princess is pretty large, even larger than the pics I posted a week ago

$300-$400 is not bad at all for a C-Section. I will take Rosie in for x-rays tomorrow (Day 50)and I will ask my vet what he would charge. Hopefully we won't have to go that route.

When did you notice that Princess' puppies were moving around alot?

How are Halle's pups doing?

I paid 450 to 500 on Lexie's C-sections last year! I made Blossom's appt. for her x-ray next Wenesday if I can wait that long, I felt the puppies tonight!

I know...it's so hard to wait! I will let you know how many the vet thinks Rosie is carrying after her x-ray tomorrow!

You know it's weird....my vet recommends x-rays at 50 days. Another thing I find strange is that we do x-rays on pregnant dogs, but we would never do them on a pregnant womans abdomen!

Halle's babies are doing great!! They went in for their dew claws removal today (They are Biewers so they dont cut of the tails)

Mine is on day 59. Her temp is down to 98.5.... The temp thing is driving us both crazy.

Princess' puppies started moving around alot about a week ago. Her temp was a little up today, day 56. I don't think it's too high (100.6) but I will check it again at lunch time. I know she is very close. I didn't have any xrays (should I?). How do you know if she will need a C? I wish she would deliver already. My nerves are getting frayed. My turn to sleep in the living room with her tonight.

What beautiful puppies y'all have! I don't think I am going to want to let them go... <sigh>

Hey Girl.

I would Xray her so you can see the size of the pups heads and how many pups you are expecting.

Skittles will have her x-ray today...day 61 for her. It just so happens last time she was pg she got xray on day 61 as well. I'll post later when we find out how many we are expecting. My prediction is 5 tho...and everyone else in the house says 6 or 7! I hope not, 4 last time was a manageable handful I cant imagine 7! I can feel them move around now and see them move....that is my fave part of her pregnancy. Her temp is all over like it was last time so I'm more watching her than anything for signs that it's time!
