Hey carmen! have you made the whelping pudding?? maybe that will help give her some energy, ive read somewhere that if your dog is pushing but no puppy you can try taking her on a short brisk walk around your back yard or a quick car ride, thats supposed to help contractions... Good luck!!! i hope everything is going well other wise, the first puppy is usually the hardest to get out...

Oh my, if she's trying to push, then pups will be here soon. The whelping pudding is a good idea, or tiny bits of vanilla ice cream will help her keep up her strength. Also, just be there for her, stay calm and talk to her in a soothing voice. Assure her that everything is okay.
Look forward to seeing those puppies.....good luck to you and Taffy too.

i dont know how many we are expecting, my guess would be that she is having four, but def 3!

Reeses looks like she is carrying a good 5 or more pups to me!! Her belly is huge(don't tell her I said that), but very cute! Do you know how many are in there?

nope we have no idea how many we are expecting my first guess was five but i didnt want to get my hopes up so im shooting for 3 def. and four maybe lol all else will be a beautiful gift and surprise ! Any other guesses out there???

YES, I made the whelping pudding and I gave her some, and IT worked like a charm also I let her walk thru the house, I did not want her to go outside because we had an ice storm yesterday and everything was iced over, so I let her walk with Harry boy all thru the house, I followed them like a maniac, so she would not drop a baby on the floor..LOL
