| ![]() I have a dog in late term pregnancy; she's in day 58 and she's having a hard time eating anything. Does anyone have any tricks for me? Also, she was just at the vet and they told me that she's low in calcium. I've been giving her calsorb, but she throws it up. Is there any food supplement I can safely give her? Thank you so much for all your help. I've been observing this site for most of her pregnancy. Thanks for all your professional advice. My breeder has also helped, but my vet and the breeder have conflicting answers ![]() ![]() Pam, Izzy ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

YT 1000 Club Member | ![]() If your gonna feed puppyfood I would suggest one that has a low fat content. I would suggest though to cook chicken breast and mix that in with her regular food add some lowfat cottage cheese. about a tbsp. once a day. I think your vet should've given you some calcium supplement , unless that is where you got the calsorb from. I hope this helps some
