| Hmmm, not sure about things where you live, but here "banding" is illegal. It's considered a form of animal cruelty. I wouldn't recommended that method, even if it wasn't considered such. IMO, easier on the breeder, worse of the pups and MUCH more prone to infection. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend attempting to crop the tails on your own if you have not been shown first hand how to properly do so. Perhaps you are working with a mentor that could give you an assist? If not, take them to your vet and have them show you how. |
