| Loved by Alfie & Evie Donating Member | She was really nice with her reply... I think maybe I am the first person to ask more details... she said that it makes her happy that I am being cautious... but someone did mention something about if the litter doesnt produce a female Yorkie... ~ I guess I will have to make sure that she is aware that if there is no female I dont want a male... I want a girl yorkie... that could be a problem.

| Luvs Lulu Donating Member | I would wait until the litter is born and see the pups as they grow. I know you have the itch but it's best to be careful. Is she close enough so you can go meet her and the mammas in person and check out how they are kept? If your not then I am sure if you reach out in our YT network someone on here will probably be close enough and check things out for you. I am wary because 1) if your a good breeder then your contract and health guarantee is pretty much spelled out and displayed, 2) not sure why she removed the picture of the sire of the litter, 3) no indication of registrations for her babies, 4) taking a deposit when she has no idea how many pups will be born and it's non-refundable, 5) the "teacup" word doesn't piss me off as man people do but how does she know what will be in that litter...kind of false advertising as you never quite know what is thrown in a litter. Get a copy of that contract so we can see. You need to make sure that it's not a blanket of dep non-refundable. God forbid there is no girl then your money is non-refundable (wording means everything..I work at a lawfirm) so you lose or will be waiting a while for a pup.
