| ![]() her whelping box is in our room, a few feet away from our bed. I'll be up with her anyways just to make sure she's ok. She usually just flops on her belly in front of the food bowl munching away, today she's going back an forth just nibbling a little bit here and there. I haven't noticed her digging...

| ![]() Well, she started "digging" she seems kinda restless too, she'll lay down, then walk a couple steps, and sit, and walk a couple more steps, and sit again, then walk, and lay down... Haven't really noticed contractions?

| ![]() Some dogs don't have too much preliminary behaviors. A little digging and then they start pushing. Watch her closely...and good luck.

| ![]() It sounds like she is having contractions though which is why she is acting uncomfortable. Lay down with her and keep your hand on her tummy for awhile and see if it tightens up. Some girls hide their labor really well...

| ![]() Sometimes taking them for a short walk will help things along. I mean just a short walk at her own pace. I walk back and forth in front of my house on the sidewalk a couple times. Our vet likes them to move around a little if they can. It can help puppies move down into position. Did you try to feel any contractions as suggested above?
