Sometimes taking them for a short walk will help things along. I mean just a short walk at her own pace. I walk back and forth in front of my house on the sidewalk a couple times. Our vet likes them to move around a little if they can. It can help puppies move down into position.
Did you try to feel any contractions as suggested above?
