Wow, c-sections cost a lot more than that here, and they're sometimes disastrous. My last c-section was $2000, last month, and all the puppies died. I can't imagine life without my Yorkies, but the breeding comes with much heartache as well as joy. Please make sure you have some very expert breeders and vets to consult with, and that you're comfortable with big, unexpected veterinary expenses.
