This threat is what Javier just sent me 5 minutes ago. It's the 2nd email. In fact......I have wasted my entire morning with this stuff and I have a pup at the Vet getting teeth done (different Vet than the one that had to fix Tiziano's teeth) and I've missed the first appointment for my other dog to get his Rabies and Vet check. Here is his most recent threat below. I just wish we could all agree that we're never going to agree with what has transpired and get on with "LIFE". Geesh!

Just take off my Kennel´s name and my pics from your adds , I will send an email to Puppyfind , and if you don´t I will send all this Complain to Rip off . It´s just evident you want to use my kennel reputation and pics for to sale your dogs , I can understhand now why you asked many times for pics from my dogs .

Someone asking you to stop using their picture in your adds is considered a threat? Ha! Seems like a completely understandable request to me. If you are using someone else's pictures/property for the sale of your dogs...Why on Earth wouldn't he report that?

This is not a threat and he is within his rights to say this. This is the truth also. You ARE just using his pictures to promote your 15 day old 'show prospects". PuppyFind will delete your account over the pictures so you woujld be wise to delete his pictures.

Yes Peggy Rogers took this small male to her Vet , the Vet took off many tooth , somes adult tooth also , later when the dog grow , Peggy Rogers sent to me an emails and explain me that and told me how bad she feel about that big mistaque , and of course I more sorry for the little male in those disaster and unprofetionals hands .

I have posted the email excerpts exchanged between Peggy and Javier in the other thread on this topic that discussed using Javier's pictures in Peggy's ads. The mere asking to use them tells a lot about the character!

Peggy asked to use his pictures, as hers were too ugly (HER WORDS). Javier said, no, that is not right. She said she understood, could she at least use her male's father in a pic with him. Javier said he did not own Lion D'or any more and she would have to ask the new owner for permission for that. Pls read the cut and paste excerpts on the other thread.

This is a lie Javier. But I will be sure and copy/paste and send this verbal slander to all of the different entitites that you have made complaints with already and whom you have made complaints with that I may need to defend myself with in the future.

I believe this "insane rage" that you are displaying will be easy for me to prove with emails and threats from you and any dog groups (AKC, PuppyFind, etc.) have been thru this before and prefer NOT to deal with complaints from people like that. If it makes you feel better, keep it up. As I said.....you're making my case that you are crazy.

Say what you wish but these photos were sent to me by Javier, not that he would ever admit to it (of course). The "threats" you don't see them as he's sending them to me direct email. But anyway, I am thru discussing my issues with people on here. Unless their "professionals" of some sort and can interject professional or legal opinions........I've wasted "2" days of time I could have used in a way more productive manner. The people who spend their days after days after days on here.......I don't know how they do it. Whew!

So, I'm otta here and you folks have a good time talking about me "now" behind my back. I'm disconnecting and I really don't care to keep up with any bantering from any direction.

"Legally" without a photo release wavier in which you are "given" the pictures and releases his copyright....he can rescind his persmission at any time.

After reading all this I have to say that my head is swimming with all of the drama . You say that you lost 2 days on here well you could have stopped coming on and flaming the fire. I think that this is a lot of drama that needed to be settled elsewhere.
