She just told me to tell you all....
Her babies are going to be like our goat babies.
They will be standing ...walking and kicking when they are born
Their eyes will be open and they will poop on their own~:p

I had no sooner posted this, when she threw up all in her whelping box...
She says its JUST a tummy ache from where she hasn't ate much at all for the last couple days. And today has not ate nothing...
She refuses to come out of her whelping box ....

I ask her... Nala...are you sure you dont want to have these puppies today?
She said noooo Mommy...I am waiting ....
Mommy doesn't think so...

And they will know how to comb their own hair and put in killer top knots!! And they will WANT to wear those little bows. :D

Ruby is still here waiting. Temp at 97.6.

She was stuck flat on her back this morning and couldn't roll over. Now that is just painful!

What's this about Pebbles going to the vet??? I saw she had one little girl, :congrats::birthday2:Birthday3, is everyone else okay???

o geeze! what a night. still havent been to sleep yet.

around 10pm last night pebbles was running around the house like her normal self. no temp drop, every once in a while she would go in her whelping box and dig. but no real signs. well... i walked my boyfriend out to his car and walked back in the house to find pebbles running to her box. she was sitting next to it when one little girl popped out. we cleaned her up and she starter to nurse while we waited for puppy #2. we waited and waited and waited.... nothing. after two hours of no puppy and 45 minutes of active contractions i decided it was time to head to the vet. once we got there they took an extra and puppy #2 was stuck. his head was too big to get through. so they did a c-section and sent me home with the first little girl to bottle feed every hour in the mean time. i got a call around 2am telling me that she was out of surgery and she was doing fine but they werent too hopefult about the puppy. he wasnt breathing very well.
7am this morning i was at the vet picking up pebbles and her extremely healthy little boy... it took them some work but they got him breathing, and eating perfecgtly.
now were home... exhausted... all 4 of us... lol
so... we have a little girl 5.6oz and a little boy 5.6oz also.

Wow, you really did have a night of it. I'm so glad both babies are doing so well. 5.6 oz. is a pretty nice size. Congrats mom. You did a great job.

i know! technically the boy weighs .005 oz less... but his head is bigger and i guess that is what got stuck. the little girl had come out butt first so i dont know if that makes a difference

Congrats Pebbles... Lilly says her nipples are jealous (hers are getting quite the work out ;))

aww congratulations to Pebbles poor baby! She had a rough time! thank goodness you were there and knew to take her in to the vet! now u can both get som rest!!!

Ok Duckie is officially joining the "I'm not having my babies till they can walk and poop on their own group"!!!! UGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! I am gonna be a grandmother by the time she decides to have these babies at this rate and I'm only 23!!!! :snail::turtle::tongue004

We are on day 64 today and still no signs of labor. She won't even have anything to do with her whelping box. Temp was 99.7 last night and 98.9 this morning. She still wants to play outside and be active. I guess she just handles pregnancy very well...I know I would be miserable if I was her :p She can't even lick her booty if she needs to because she is sooooo fat lol.

She is having a discharge (clear gel type), licking a lot , her temp is going down..........I can just keep hoping that today is the day, like for the past few days :D.

Actually today is 63 from the 1st tie, and 60 from the last tie.
I'm at home 24-7 and going nuts already!!!!!!!! I don't even sleep at night :eek:

I hear that!! I'm up several times a night to see how Ruby is doing in her crate, which is right beside my bed. Every little noise I have to figure out which dog it is to make sure its not Ruby. She's just laying on the floor sleeping. We leave for the vet in a few minutes to have her checked.

I'll report more when we get back.

Okay, Okay, Okay. I'm officially certified as a Yorkie worrier. My husband has proclaimed it so it must be so. (Actually he was glad we went to the vet.)

We checked all puppies for heart beats with a sonogram. We got three heart beats and one squirming puppy (who obviously had a heart). Looking at the xray, two of them are so close together, we may have seen the 5th heart beat and thought it was the one next to it.

All right! I give up. When she is ready she will have them, and not a minute before. (I hate the wait though.) :rolleyes:

Ruby is a little gooier from the sonogram, but otherwise just the same.

How is everyone else???

at least you know she is ok........just still prego....these silly girls....holding on to these puppies

Arianna is doing great! She's a little chubber since she's getting ALL the milk. lol

You wouldn't believe it if I told you what she weighed...12.3 ounces and not even 2 weeks!! :eek:

She'll fool me though...Kayla's last baby was a singleton, and he was a monster at this age too...he ended up being 3 lbs full grown. ;)
