| It makes it SO hard because that Tango is a BEAUTY!!!!!!! But, it would be defeating the purpose for breeding. I don't know what to do. It is so hard to turn down a puppy so beautiful!!!! |

| This is what I was telling you yesterday. If he is a true Biewer, I don't think he can registered CKC. I trust you have called CKC and asked? if you are wanting a true Biewer, you should go to one of the great Biewer breeders on here. |

| Whatever dog I am wanting buy it will be used for breeding later on...I want to have parti colored yorkies...I will either breed it back with a yorkie that I have here..or later on I will buy a biewer and breed it with that. Tango is the very first picture and the last picture of the Biewer is his dad. She said she already had the registration papers so I am assuming that he can be registered with them...do I still need to call them? |

| I suggest going into this v e r y slowly. Think about what you want for your breeding program. Biewers are a wonderful, whichever you decide it should not be made lightly. Whatever you do, do it well. |

| I'd suggest you not even deal with biewers in your "breeding program".. They are working on becoming a breed on their own and ultimately you would have mixed breed puppies if bred to a biewer... Find a breeder of parti's and go about it that way.. I don't want to step on toes or anything, but I think you're jumping at breeding from all the wrong angles... JMO...

| I think I have come to realize that it would not be a good idea to get a biewer/yorkie for breeding. I might consider getting the little female. Thank you all so much for your advice!!! |

I personally would not buy a CKC registered Biewer because you really don't know what you're getting. I've heard they will register anything, just going on the word of the Breeder. (not all breeders are honest) I've also seen where Biewer breeders who have bred splitters are registering their Yorkie pups as CKC and not telling the buyer that it is a splitter, and sell them as a breeding dog. Not an honest breeder in my opinion. I would suggest doing some extensive research on the Biewers before jumping into breeding them. And don't be taken in by well-done websites and people who can "talk the talk." If they are telling you that there is only ONE good club (here in the USA) and try to diss any of the other ones... be very wary of them. Read ALL the club websites, talk to several breeders and ask many, many questions. | |
