| So sorry about your loss. I'm glad you have one to survive. It sounds like mom is just too small structurely (not necessarily weight wise). I've delivered a litter like that. The second one had his head stuck and his body out. I knew we were in trouble and went to a vet. She delivered him on the way but I watched him die before he was really actually born. It doesn't take very long at all. I saved the other one that had been delivered a little more quickly than he but he was also stuck. It's just devestating, I've learned not to breed a mom like that, unless one plans for a c-section. I'd never want pups to have to go through that at my hand. Again, I'm so sorry for your loss, Susan |

Oops..sorry for that...your name just shows up on the net as a breeder of these breeds w/ some previous listings. (Even one on puppyfind as McClainsDanes that was for a 6 days due litter) I saw that and just assumed that you'd probably seen enough that you recognized something strange was up...with the vet and all. Sorry for that mistatment. Anyway...hugs to your momma and hope she has a speedy recovery. | |

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | Oh, I am so sorry for the loss of the first two puppies and for the trauma mama (and you) had to go through. I am glad to hear that the one little girl did make it and hope that she continues to grow and stay healthy to live a long and happy life with you.
