And yet, this person is a "Featured Breeder."

I guess I think of that title as being someone who goes above and beyond and promotes excellence in all aspects of breeding...maybe my interpretation of what I would think that entails is different

I know this lady personally and I can tell you that she has small yorkies pictured on her website, but they are her pets. She does not breed all of the females she has pictured on her website. She has been breeding for along time and knows her stuff extremely well. I hope you all don't think badly of her, but you are all entitled to your opinions.

It is always good to get the opinion of someone who knows a breeder personally.

I think there are actually several different breeders being discussed right now...another one of those things that got rollilng in several different directions...

Yes, very true things go in many different directions here, and quite often as we all know,lol.

I know Natalie very well and she has been breeding for 30 some years. She is friends with the gentleman who owns and runs elvis yorkshire terriers so I don't see how one friend helping out another makes it a broker issue. I do know both of them have started working as a team to continue to improve the quality of puppies they breed, so I feel they are both getting a bad rap for no reason. I know Natalie produces great yorkie puppies and would recommend her to anyone, she stands behind her warranty and the health of her dogs 100%. I don not know the gentleman who runs elvis yorkshire terriers personally, but I can assure you if Natalie trusts him then he has to be a pretty honest and good guy.

I have not heard of anyone having problems. Perhaps this person is here to defend their honor since I have seen a few un-true comments made about them. Whatever the case is I hope everything gets worked out.

He did send several pms to different people last night under Blondie57. He is currently suspended for the threats he made against several people on here. Dee...I have to agree with you on this one. (Trying not to confuse the two breeders that have been brought up here.) Anyone who makes the practices you mentioned part of their regular 'business' does indeed have very little honor, IMO. Not sure who 'he' or 'Blondie' is, nor do I care, but the things you mentioned speak volumes about the sort of character this person must be, so threatening PMs really don't come as a shock, I suppose.

That's horrible to receive pms like that.

I didn't see any untrue comments stated. Those comments were made about his public website. The smaller the babies the higher the prices. But if you're right Tigger when you say this may be this very person ? maybe making threats in these pms...now that's a bad comment.

What is with people THREATENING other people ? Anyone who sends a threat to someone should be banned not suspended- especially legal threats - this is a freakin yorkie site !

(I know Admin is pretty good about weeding out this kind of thing) but man...some people think the net is their own "Kingdom of DRAMA" LOL -

(I'm not talking about only this thread.....just GENERAL comments.)

I think that the breeder that Tigger is referring to is not the same one who runs the site being discussed. If I understand that right?
