Puppy weight

I am interested in purchasing a puppy and they tell me that the puppy's parents are 5lbs and 3 lbs... The puppy already currently weight 2.4lbs and is 11 weeks old. How much should an 11 week old puppy weigh if the estimated adult weight is 5 lbs?

 |  At 12 weeks Teddy weighed 3.8 lbs and his estimated weight is 8 lbs if that gives you an idea he's a big boy though  I'd say thats about right but I'm not an expert I've noticed he's gained a lb every month |

| |  Sounds pretty good to me at 14 weeks sasha weighed 3.6 pounds and at 11 months she weighed just under 8 so if it shes also pretty tall. Find out how tall the parents are cause if their short then it should be great but if not he might just need some extra feeding they sure do love that lol if he is still nursing he might not be getting enough. Have the breeders started to wien him yet? cause they might need to give him some independent feeding time maybe his own little bowl. Let me know how everything turns out, cause trust me a yorkies love is like no other. |
