Aggressive Behavior/HELP!!

Long story short: I have 2 Yorkies, Rascal (male) and Issy (female). Rascal joined our family about 5 months ago. We've had Issy about 3 weeks. Both are 8 months old. They have played well together & Rascal is SO happy to have a friend. Lately, Issy is showing aggressive behavior toward Rascal (for no reason at all). She will growl loudly and bite him on the neck. He is much smaller than Issy, so I'm worried she will hurt him. We have separated them to try to keep peace. I thought of...

Bailey is still being a little naughty girl. She goes everywhere, but the pee pee pad. Today, I caught her in the act and rushed her to the pad so that she could finish, but she didn't. She laid down and when I walked away, she went off the pad and eliminated. I will keep trying though. Practice makes perfect.

Potty Training Bailey

Hi everyone! I just became a Yorkie

mommy last week. Bailey is now 9.5 weeks old and she is really having a hard time with her potty training. I first tried to take her outside, but the grass tickles her belly and she will hop off immediately. I went to the pee pee pads next. I am putting her on the pads when she wakes up, after she eats, after she plays,etc. She will sniff around but then she runs and goes anywhere but the pad. I tell her "NO, Bailey!" in a stern voice...
