Bragging about Eddie again

I got an e-mail from a woman who owns the obedience school where Eddie has taken a couple of classes. She's been asked to put on a demonstration for a summer camp of smart kids, and she wants me to join her with Eddie!
This is especially impressive because her dogs are awesome. Perfectly trained in obedience. Agility dogs, too.
But out of all her students, she chose Eddie, who has only taken two classes from her.
I'm excited, but I also turned into pageant dad again. I found out where they are going to be performing and took Eddie over there to practice today. He tends to get nervous in strange environments.

| | Eddie's first demonstration was today, and it went great. Turns out there were four dogs -- the instructor's agility dog, a pug that does rally, a service dog and Eddie. The kids (4th-6th graders) were a great audience, and they seemed to love all Eddie's tricks. When I was all done, the teacher asked if I'd run him through the tricks again. Then at the end, the kids came by in groups of 3 or 4 to get a closer look. I let several of them give him commands for tricks, and he did great working for them.
