Zachary's Mom Donating Member | ![]() I picked up some small ice cube trays at the dollar store and want to make the kids some cold treats. I know you have to be careful they don't break their teeth on ice. I am trying to figure out some refreshing healthy things to put in the ice cube trays for my gang. Any ideas??? | ![]() Instead of ice make chicken jigglers. Use plain chicken broth and add unflavored gelatin. If you put them in the freezer I don't think they would freeze as hard as ice. |

| ![]() I made the recipe that was posted earlier for "pupsicles", and used an ice cube tray. Basically its yogurt, blended fruit, 1 tbs peanut butter (I left this out as my girl has a problem with fats), and 1 tbs honey - blend together...the yogurt doesn't freeze as hard as water, and to be extra certain, I just let them soften a little before handing them over. They were a big success in my house! |
