This is an EXCELLENT recipe! You're right about them not freezing too hard. My Mom used to make homemade popcicles for me as a child with Jello and Kool-Aid. They were SO much better than store bought and never got so hard as to break my teeth. Our furkids would probably whine by the freezer to get these treats once they try 'em!
