|  My new baby! Hi....I am a newbie that wanted to show you my new baby! We have only had "Scooter" for about a week and he has given us so much joy and laughter. He is quite the character!!! My husband is on disability and has not been able to work since the end of 2001. It has been really tough emotinally for him...so I figured he needed a new buddy to keep him busy. Well.....I think I have accomplished that! Scooter is a blessing in disquise!!! He getting along so well with every memeber of our family...we couldn't have asked for a better addition. Anyway, thanks for letting me share the new joy in our home  Tina |

| Scooter is precious. If your husband bonds with him as well as mine has bonded with Bo, then he will have found a friend for life. The other night my hubby looked at me and said, "And you thought you were the one getting a dog." There was Bo laying beside him, content as can be. Yorkies are such loving animals.

| elliots4 I can't believe that you story is so similar to ours! We got our little Rowdy (7 1/2 months now) for my husband who is also unexpectedly disability retired. My sweet husband was so down in the dumps for such a long time being essentially confined to the house due to illness. So along comes Rowdy, now my hubby looks forward to each and every day and no matter how badly he feels, he looks forward to seeing Rowdy. Rowdy also gives my husband something to do everyday and something to look forward to when he gets up. I KNOW it has added years to his life. Here's another funny parallel - Rowdy's name was ALOMST Scooter!!! Can you believe that! I just know that you will really enjoy Scooter - and he will be the best medicine ever for your hubby.

| Welcome aboard!! Scooter will keep your husband occupied - FOR SURE!!! They will become inseperable in no time! These are just the sweetest most expressive little boogers!! I have other dogs, but I don't know how I ever managed before my little Dublin!!
