question about gift exchange.

I was wondering if you can also participate when your in the netherlands?.. I live in the netherlands,. and i would love to join this .. but im not sure if its possible..
also because i dont know if other people who will maybe get me then will send it to my country.
I know if i send something over to the states it takes between 7 -14 days. and it cost a little more,. but im not sure if people are willing to spend more $$$ on postage,..
hope someone can help me out.

Thank you, i have read it already..
But thats why i couldnt find it,. maybe im overlooking it..
And i was wondering it,. cause i only saw something over canada..
And maybe other members dont want to have me / snickers as a surprise cause they are not willing to ship it overseas,. because of the expenses..

Thats why i was thinking maybe its not possible.. but if thats not a problem,. then I cant wait to join!

"The YT Gift Exchange is open to all YT Donating Members from the United States and Canada. If you are anywhere else in the world, there is an additional $20 shipping fee per Gift Exchange to cover the extra cost of shipping items to foreign countries. This fee must be paid before the start of the Gift Exchange for you to participate. The fee will be given directly to your Secret Buddy (minus any Paypal fees, if any), which they can use to apply towards their shipping costs. Shipping from the US/Canada to anywhere else is VERY expensive and this is for those costs. The shipping fee will be paid by YorkieTalk to your Secret Buddy AFTER you have received your gift."

Don't forget that you also need to be a donating member of YT.

I need to wait for thew other GE Becaus im not long enough a member and have not enough post yet,.. but we can wait.. if i see now some stuff i can maybe use for boys or a girl i buy it ,. just so i can start to make my box )))
I saw imn the sign ups yesterday that there is also a girl from Japan particpating...so everything is possible i guess.
I will make sure that my friend will sign up too so we can both participate with it next time.. She has also a 5 month YOUNG yorkie.. and his name is Misiu. He is SUPER TINY.. but she is alll new to this and new to DOGs. her first one,\ so it would be great for her and him too )
