"The YT Gift Exchange is open to all YT Donating Members from the United States and Canada.
If you are anywhere else in the world, there is an additional $20 shipping fee per Gift Exchange to cover the extra cost of shipping items to foreign countries. This fee must be paid before the start of the Gift Exchange for you to participate. The fee will be given directly to your Secret Buddy (minus any Paypal fees, if any), which they can use to apply towards their shipping costs. Shipping from the US/Canada to anywhere else is VERY expensive and this is for those costs. The shipping fee will be paid by YorkieTalk to your Secret Buddy AFTER you have received your gift."
