I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I'm not sure what's happening, the program automatically saves the results as a gif file and is it possible you are renaming it and changing the last three letters to something besides .gif? If you want to upload it to this thread, I will take a look at it for you.

| I didnt rename it, but I did replace the file. I think that what was wrong. You made a very good sujestion. Sure enough, I manually save it as gif, and it worked. I will go back and do more fun stuff with my avatar. I thank you very much, you have being very helpful. |

You really did a good job, I have one suggestion, I think it moves a little fast. Right now your avatar is set for .27 of a second for each picture, I changed this one to 1 second for each picture, so that you can see each picture a little easier. You can vary this number and nothing written in stone, but you may want to adjust it a little. Here's the link in case the avatar doesn't show. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...cy1999/100.gif Click on it and see if you like the slower version better. I think she's more disgusted, than completely over the edge. You did a great job cropping the photos.

| Thank you. They are now a little under 1 second, but still slower than before. I am working on getting new pictures taken, by this weekend. Those are going to be edited in a much better way. Thanks again

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I like this much better; it's much easier to see each picture. Some animated gifs where you want it to look like something is actually moving or sparkling have the seconds on each picture much shorter. By the way, it is possible to have each picture with a different amount of time; some people have the "title" page, with a longer frame time than the rest of the pictures.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I'm not sure, but usually the reason is too big of file size. For donating members the maximum size of your custom image is 125 by 125 pixels or 53.7 KB (whichever is smaller). For non-donating members the size limits are 75x75 pixels and 20 KB (whichever is smaller). You could try uploading your avatar to this thread, and I could take a look at it for you.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Push on "Post Reply" icon, then below the message box, you will see something that says "manage attachments" click on this. A new menu will open and it will allow you to choose pictures on your computer to upload. Upload the avatar, and when it's through uploading the box will close. You might have to type in a few words in the message box, or it will say message too short.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Sure it does, but you have to be on the "advanced" page not the "quick reply". You will see the "Post Reply" on the bottom left of the page. Click on this, and beneath the message box you will see, a bunch of smileys, beneath those you will see the words Addition Options and in that section you will see the words "manage attachments." Look at my picture where it says, "right here"

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I'll send a PM to administration, I don't know how to help you with this. In the meantime, do you know how to send it in an e-mail, or do you belong to one of the photo hosting sites like photobucket? I've noticed we are never on at the same time.
