| Looking in TN for a brother/sister for my 5# 14mo boy I live in NE tennessee and I am looking for a playmate for my little boy.. he is neutered and stays at home with me all day, every day.. my husband and I think he needs a playmate, he is really good with my mother-in-laws yorkies, but they are 11 and 12, so they don't always want to puppy play with him like he wants them to. He is very loving and energetic, demanding and bossy of course too!!! I also don't want to pay a ton of money for a second dog either... i just lost my job, so not only do i need a playmate since I am home more, but I can't afford a high price tag, esp. with a puppy having to have shots, etc... we are a yorkie family, everyone in my family has atleast 2, and we only have our little man ollie... and he needs a brother or sister. If you know of a good breeder that has dogs no smaller than 6 pounds, I would love to hear about them! thanks!!!!! Sara |

| I have told myself that I won't spend more than $600, but I guess that is just a theoretical number. That is how much I paid for Ollie June 08. I know there are people who have spent close to $3000 or more for their puppy, but I am not looking for a show dog. I am looking for a play mate for my dog, who we are not breeding... I am not so concerned about the price, so much as finding a deal or whatever, I am looking for a dog from a loving home, who can definitely be registered with the AKC... I guess that is a must now, as I have met with several breeders who I have questioned whether or not the dogs they have were full blooded yorkie, as they had colorings that were not traditional, or facial features that resembled other breeds... I would go back to the same breeder that I bought Ollie at, but he doesn't breed all the time, and the earliest he knows he would have puppies could be in December, and I don't want to wait that long, because I can only imagine that potty training while it is cold and snowy could be very challenging! I don't know how all those people do it when they get a puppy for christmas!! Ollie was a brat to train, so this time around, I want to work really hard to train him/her before it gets too cold. Maybe I am just being unrealistic, but I really appreciate everyone for replying to this thread, hopefully I can find a puppy for Ollie (and myself and DH) very soon! |

| I am in Indiana, but can meet you if one of my babies would work for you. I have a boy who is 13 weeks, AKC, currently about 3#. He was evaluated show quality at 8 weeks and has very blue bloodlines, but as I don't have time to show him, I want him to have a great home, preferably with another young Yorkie to play with. If I knew how to attach a pic of him, I would, but you can see pics of him and his sister at my facebook misty.stradtner. I want more than your budget, but it's your call. I also should have a classified up in this section soon. Good luck in your search!

| Andy Meet Andy. Andy was born November 11th of 08. He was 4lbs at last weighing. His coat has not changed, and I believe he will stay black and gld. He is AKC registered. Andy has not been neutered. To match your price, he would come with limited registration. |
