| Roriee Updates In the interest of those who are supporting Roriee and asking for updates, let's try another thread for our little girl! I have some positive news to share, but first - let's start off on the right foot.... The purpose of this thread is only for Roriee's health updates and progress, and to offer support to Roriee. We are hoping to keep Roriee's thread positive and on-topic because there are so many here at YT who wish to continue hearing of her progress and sending her goodwill. Admin and Mods support our request to keep this thread on-topic and I really appreciate your support in this! Previous Roriee threads can be located here for those who do not know her history. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sic...r-relapse.html http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...e-updates.html Now, the good news..... As posted two days ago on the YHR site: 05/16/10 - Roriee is doing SO good! She has been walking around real good, wagging her tail a lot, and even lets out a single bark when the other dogs bark or she wants something. She gets excited when you come home and is wagging her tail waiting for you to pick her up and love her! She always looks at you with those big brite eyes and big ears, but isn't she so cute? She follows you anywhere you go, and if she loses your trail, all you have to do is talk and she figures it out. She has done amazingly well and keeps getting better, so please continue the prayers for Roriee. She goes back in around the 25th for her next chemo dose. | Originally, her foster mom had her in a separate bedroom so it would be quiet for her. She went to put her in there one night and Roriee started barking at her....so, she took her to her bedroom and Roriee cuddled right up and went to sleep. So, she definitely knows how to tell her what she wants! She will be going for her next treatment I believe next week.

| I saw the update on the YHR site! OMG...she looks so good. Bright, alert and so comfortable. Her foster Mommy is certainly doing a great job with her. Keep up the good work Roriee!

| Roriee's story is proof that prayers work. I saw her picture and update this morning on the YHR site and was amazed at the difference in her pictures. Roriee I am praying that you continue to improve, you have touched more hearts with your fighting will to live than you will ever know.

| I was so excited when I read the update at Adoptable Pups I could've just cried tears of joy. I know this baby is still a sick little girl but also think God is using amazing people to work in her life. I don't think we can say THANK YOU enough to all who have made this last update possible. I told Linda, I would've loved to have been there and here the first little bark and know it was because she wanted something and not a bark of pain. smooches to Roriee from Amanda, Maddie, and Cooper We wub you! |

| Wow! I am amazed at her improvement! Bless her heart. Linda could you please explain to me about her illnesses? I thought a dog with AAI would have to be in a cast for quite some time. (like Vicki's Bleu Boy) Is she still in pain and on meds? Do you know what the long term medical plan is for her? Wow! I just can't believe how much better she is. That's wonderful!

| This is wonderful news! She looks like a brand new pup. I'm so glad you were able to start a new thread for her to keep everyone updated on how she is doing. I remember they thought she might be blind. What do they think now? Can she see or is she following by voice and scent only?
