They are made from reclaimed underpads that hospitals use with new fabric tops put on them. The sizes vary an inch or two depending on what pads I have available at the time, but average is about 28" x 32". I am not sure why they are attracted to them, but they seem to know that is where to go. Mine use the pads indoors when I am not there to let them out or when the weather is bad. They also go outdoors.
