They are made from reclaimed underpads that hospitals use with new fabric tops put on them. The sizes vary an inch or two depending on what pads I have available at the time, but average is about 28" x 32". LILbit, tell me more about these pp pads..what will make them go to them, i use the ones from the store, but I am only using them for training, but was thinking i might just try letting her use them indoors and still go out. I have never used them prior to this time. So as long as I have had yorkies, I know little about the pads to begin with...thanks
