| Traveling crates? We are going on a summer vacation in June and are taking all 3 dogs with us, I now have the regular plastic crates with the swing door on front. These are not foldable and my poms is rather big, so I am wondering if anyone can suggest a foldable type that comes in different sizes? We need as much space in the jeep as possible so something that folds flat maybe. I have seen the black wired looking ones and I have seen the ones made out of like a tent material. Any suggestions anyone?? Also looking for good bargain too(anyone have any they want to sell that is in good shape?)

| I have found two I like, anyone use either one? If so does the black one fold easily? Is the soft sided one sturdy, like if dog moves around will it fall over? http://www.petedge.com/shopping/prod...ProductID=6085 http://www.dog.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=110158+018

| Wal-Mart has two sizes of these collapsible crates that are about about $25 and $15. They may work.

| We have wire crates and fabric crates. The wire ones are easy to fold down although I would NOT want to do it every day or anything. We have them as permanent furniture in the living room But we have taken Loki's for a 5 day vacation no problem. We keep a fabric one in the back of the car in case we need it while we are visiting my parents or whatever. That's the one I'd choose if you will be taking it up and down. Also, it depends on what your dogs like. They can see out of the wire ones better than the fabric ones.
