| Baxter Boo~A mixed bag S0...I have been waiting with anticipation to get some pj's and robes from Baxter Boo. This was my first order, so I thought I got a great deal with the extra 40% off they offered. Today, my package arrived and it's a total mixed bag. I ordered 3 pairs of pj's and a robe for ricky and one pair of pj's and a robe for Prince. The robes fit both the boys, but only 2 of the 4 sets of pj's fit. So...now I will have to pay to ship them back for bigger sizes, right?? Nope, they don't exchange things and they don't offer you your money back. They only give store credit and let you place another order...so obviously the great deal I got for being a first time customer isn't going to apply to my replacement order The price does go up as the size goes up, and i'd have no problem paying the extra difference for the change in size, but to have to buy the whole outfit again and not get the 40% off is the bummer. My favorite of the bunch in a frog jumper by foufou dog. We'll definitely be ordering more foufou dog clothes. The rest, i am not so sure about!! |

| This is why I hate buying stuff online. Have you tried calling to see if they can do anything for you? |

| Oh that really sucks. I'm really careful online and always make sure I can return items. Though with Draco I've gotten him clothes online but only inexpensive clothing items that were on ebay for cheap, even they offer exchanges or returns.

| Unbelievable in this day & age a company can operate this way & get away with it! Shame on them for not giving you at least the first time customer discount on the exchanges!!

| I did actually talk to someone at Baxterboo today. They will refund my money to my Credit card, provided that the stuff is returned within 2 weeks. They also said they would honor the 40% discount on an exchange in size. Unfortunately, only one of the items may fit if it's exchanged for a different size and that's a big maybe. I knoe the other stuff is cut wrong and getting a different size isn't going to matter. I am still unclear if I am going to exchange the one item or just get my money back from all of it. I had ordered some fleece pj's and the quality of the fleece isn't the best. I was thinking it would be nice and warm and fuzzy and instead, it's very thin. I would have been way happier ordering some custom made fleece pjs I guess next time, I have to read their return policy better. I also should probably ask around see if anyone else has bought the brands of clothes. Out of 3 different brands, 2 of them used cheap material ....and IMO, the clothes surely weren't cheap price wise, had I not gotten the 40% off. |

| Unless you get great a discount, I've noticed that their prices are A LOT higher than at other stores. I have been happy with the purchases I've made from them, but I don't buy from them a lot.

YT Addict | I love shopping at doggy couture and posh puppy boutique. They are great and I have bought many things from both websites without any trouble and have even exchanged things with no problem.

| I didn't even think about checking Maximo's boutique!! I can't send Ricky's foufou froggy's back because he's been wearing them...but I did just place an order with Maximo for the foufou monkey's for him and the foufou froggy's for Prince so they get their matching set of pjs. I'd also been eyeballing those new non-leather buddy belts, so I ordered one to try on Ricky since his other buddy belt doesn't fit over his winter clothes. I am going to send back all the stuff that didn't fit to Baxter Boo. I guess I'll have to start looking around more. I am such an impulse shopper....especially when it comes to the boys. |

| I find BaxterBoo marks up the prices a lot and then has a bunch of 'deals' and then they're just... regular priced or a little bit below face value. I have ordered from them before, with luck, but I only do when they email out 40% off etc, because then it's usually worth it.
