I did actually talk to someone at Baxterboo today.
They will refund my money to my Credit card, provided that the stuff is returned within 2 weeks. They also said they would honor the 40% discount on an exchange in size. Unfortunately, only one of the items may fit if it's exchanged for a different size and that's a big maybe. I knoe the other stuff is cut wrong and getting a different size isn't going to matter.
I am still unclear if I am going to exchange the one item or just get my money back from all of it. I had ordered some fleece pj's and the quality of the fleece isn't the best. I was thinking it would be nice and warm and fuzzy and instead, it's very thin. I would have been way happier ordering some custom made fleece pjs
I guess next time, I have to read their return policy better. I also should probably ask around see if anyone else has bought the brands of clothes. Out of 3 different brands, 2 of them used cheap material ....and IMO, the clothes surely weren't cheap price wise, had I not gotten the 40% off. |
